Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lee Lyons (ranked 2671 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chengiz Yilmaz (ranked 3977 p4p, 0 weight class). Yilmaz has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Chengiz Yilmaz looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lyons shoots in looking for a takedown but Yilmaz manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lyons's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Lyons.
Yilmaz lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Lyons goes for a double leg but Yilmaz avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Yilmaz continues to drive forward.

After the fight, Lee Lyons was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
