Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Anthony Johnson (ranked 2932 p4p, 77 weight class) and Rob Ford (ranked 3721 p4p, 96 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ford takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Rob Ford seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ford thows a leg kick but Johnson checks it
and Johnson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Johnson fails to land with a series of punches.

Johnson cracks Ford with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Ford is still on wobbly legs! Can Johnson finish him?

Ford moves into the clinch successfully.
Johnson lands a right hand that snaps the head of Ford backwards.

Johnson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Ford moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Ford seems to have recovered his senses.

and Johnson counters with a big right hook, that lands right on the temple! Ford goes down! Johnson rushes to a neutral corner to get the count going quickly. This one's going to be close! 3,4,5,6,7... Ford is up to one knee.... 8,9.... He's up! The referee says he's good to go, so we're back to the action!

Johnson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ford manages to avoid it.
