Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Arthur Pendragon (ranked 1020 p4p, 136 weight class) and Blue Cup (ranked 1100 p4p, 145 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Blue Cup!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cup jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Cup tries to clinch there but Pendragon circles away.
A jab from Pendragon does it's job there.
We've been told by Pendragon's head coaches at The Coffee Shop that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Pendragon connects with a leg kick. Cup looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Pendragon looks for the body kick but Cup saw that one coming.
Cup tries a head kick but it misses.
Pendragon avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Pendragon slips a jab and a cross from Cup.
Cup misses with a body shot.
Cup takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Cup fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
A big right from Pendragon misses.
Cup looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Cup stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Pendragon.
A nice leg kick lands there from Pendragon.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Cup swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Cup throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pendragon.
Cup throws a shot to the body.
Pendragon throws a body shot but no joy.
Pendragon lands with a shot to the body.
Cup lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Cup swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Cup misses with a looping left.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pendragon lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Cup at a distance.
Blue Cup seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pendragon throws a body punch but Cup moves out of range.
Nice defenses there by Pendragon.
Pendragon scoring well with a low kick there.
Pendragon connects with a right hand. Cup shakes it off.
Pendragon cracks Cup with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Cup misses with a right hand
and Pendragon counters with a three punch combo that has Cup backing up. Cup nods at Pendragon to acknowledge the strikes.
Cup moves into range and clinches up with Pendragon.
Cup is fighting off a takedown attempt but Pendragon is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Cup to the mat. Cup regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Cup uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pendragon lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Cup is rocked!
Pendragon drops Cup with a huge uppercut! Cup drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Pendragon is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Arthur Pendragon!
The defeated Blue Cup had this to say: 'That wasn't fun.'.
