Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Heinrich Dieter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomato Paste (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Seu Braga and Mauricio Rocha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paste misses with an attempted mid kick.
Dieter misses with a low kick.
Horrible takedown by Paste or perhaps it was just good defense by Dieter which made him look bad.
Paste fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Dieter shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Paste's guard.
Dieter advances to half guard.
Paste is trying to stand.
Paste wants to get back to full guard.
Dieter works his way into side control.
Dieter takes a little break here. Paste wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Dieter has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Paste throws a right hand that Dieter ducks under and follows up with a left that Dieter also avoids with ease.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Paste is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Dieter goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Paste is on top in guard.

Dieter had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Paste is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Dieter Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Paste's back instead.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Dieter is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Paste has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Dieter is looking for the choke from the back position but Paste is controlling his hands well.
Paste manages to reverse the position and now he's in Dieter's guard. Nice work there by Paste.

Dieter has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Paste off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Dieter is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Paste is just riding it out for now. Dieter eventually gives up the hold.

and Dieter counters with a shoot takedown. Paste fights it but they end up in guard.

Dieter decides to stand up, so the ref orders Paste to his feet.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Dieter fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Paste sprawls well initially but Dieter persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
