The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leostorm attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Wilkes misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Leostorm appears to be looking for a big counter.
A head kick misses from Wilkes.
Leostorm jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Leostorm throws a right hand that Wilkes ducks under and follows up with a left that Wilkes also avoids with ease.
Wilkes is looking to clinch but Leostorm is avoiding it.

Wilkes darts in looking for a takedown but Leostorm gets double underhooks and turns Wilkes into the cage.

and Leostorm counters with a slapping leg kick.

Leostorm fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wilkes manages to avoid it.

Wilkes shoots in looking for a takedown. Leostorm tries to sprawl out of it but Wilkes keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Leostorm manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Leostorm leaves Wilkes with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Wilkes moves in looking to clinch but Leostorm pushes him off.

Wilkes goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Wilkes is rocked!
Wilkes ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Leostorm moves away.
Leostorm appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Wilkes is still on wobbly legs! Can Leostorm finish him?
A looping hook to the body misses from Leostorm. Wilkes does a little dance to reset his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Leostorm throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Wilkes seems to have recovered his senses.
Leostorm cracks Wilkes's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Wilkes slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Leostorm can do further damage! This one is done, son!
