The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
It looks like Ezekiel Johnson has been cut.

Pereira has been working on his boxing with his coaches at 3Band MMA in the buildup to the fight.

Pereira stuns Johnson with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Johnson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Pereira cracks Johnson on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Johnson falls backwards against the cage. Pereira follows up with more strikes that drop Johnson to his knees. Pereira keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Johnson! This one is all over!

Sosa should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

After the fight, Emmerson Mile was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Leeuwenhoek gets a takedown into half guard.
Krylov's coaches at St Petersburg MMA Gym have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.

Krylov had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Leeuwenhoek defends it easily.

Leeuwenhoek remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Jang Jai looks to score with a jab to the body but Petric is just out of range.
Petric with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Jang Jai to score with a decent uppercut.
It looks like Ante Petric has been cut.
Petric ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jang Jai moves away.

and Petric cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Jang Jai swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Jang Jai throws a shot from downtown. Petric moves away and avoids it.
It seemed like Petric was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jang Jai comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Jang Jai stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Petric throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Jang Jai cracks Petric with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Petric looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Jang Jai finish him?
Petric is rocked!
That has opened up Ante Petric's cut even more.

Jang Jai misses with an uppercut. Petric saw that one coming.
Jang Jai is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Petric like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Petric from another fist facial!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Wang Jang Jai!

A very excited looking Wang Jang Jai made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
