Chan drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Chan on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Route paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Route has been working on his boxing with his coaches at MMA Training and Sparring Buddies in the buildup to the fight.
Chan gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Route.
Chan switches off momentarily and Route cracks him with a monster right hand! Chan topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Route dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Route!

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Keir Toal (ranked 1829 p4p, 2873 weight class) and Felix Jaroslav (ranked 131 p4p, 197 weight class). Toal's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Irish Pub Song. Jaroslav comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Craven fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Finch steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Craven.
A little feinted left hand from Finch on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Finch has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
A punch lands to the side of Finch 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Craven is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Finch.
Craven misses with a lunging right hand
and Finch counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Craven has his takedown stuffed
and Finch counters with a nice uppercut.
Craven uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Finch.
Craven is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Craven ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Finch moves away.
Craven tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Finch lands with an uppercut that bounces Craven off the cage and back into range.
Craven is rocked!
Craven throws a right hand that misses
and Finch counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
