The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thrill lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Thrill shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Apila as he avoids it easily.
Thrill throws a jab but it's blocked by Apila.
Thrill swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Thrill scores with a one two! Apila had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like Ville Apila has been cut.
Thrill shoots in looking for a takedown. Apila tries to sprawl out of it but Thrill keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Apila manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Thrill will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Zeitzer keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Dumas dives in and grabs Zeitzer's left leg, looking for a takedown. Zeitzer pushes down on Dumas's head and hops out.

Zeitzer lands with a big left! Dumas is wobbled badly! Zeitzer comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Dumas to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
