The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Grimes has managed to clinch.

Breaker has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Grimes clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Grimes tries to escape but Breaker has the hooks in and won't let him break free.

Breaker has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Grimes has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Grimes breaks Breaker's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Grimes has gone for a leg lock! Breaker slips out almost immediately though and dives into Grimes 's guard.

Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Breaker is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Grimes has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Breaker is looking to defend but Grimes has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Breaker! Grimes pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Breaker taps out and this one is all over!

A relieved looking Gunnar Grimes thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
