The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Three tries to close the distance and clinch up but One swats him away and circles back towards the center.
One is looking for a counter combo.

One changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Three looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
One trying to control the position but Three is working away.
Three prevents One from moving into mount.

Three is looking to reverse the position.
Three throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

One is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Three is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
One wants to control from the top but Three keeps moving.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
One is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Three is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Three working for a triangle but One defends it easily.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Lom Test One.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Two takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Two takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Two looks winded!

Gaspar drops Two with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Two looks back up at him and smiles so Gaspar waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Subject Two has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Gaspar.
Gaspar turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Two crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Gaspar - the referee stops the clock and Two gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Gaspar. Two manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fermi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Thevenet moves away.
Fermi misses with a hook. Thevenet ducked under it nicely.
Fermi takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Fermi was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Donk. Fermi catches Thevenet right on the button with a cross.
Thevenet misses the shot to the body.

Thevenet tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Thevenet scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Fermi doesn't seem bothered though.

and Fermi counters with a nice uppercut.
Fermi lands a big right hook! Thevenet looks hurt but is still standing! Fermi lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Thevenet falls down and Fermi dives in with a huge hammer fist! Thevenet's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Fermi runs up the ropes to celebrate with his fans!
