Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tom McGettigan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derick Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McGettigan's entrance music is Knifeman - The Bronx. A fine choice. Derick Morgan struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 171.5lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
A punch lands to the side of Alvez 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Alvez scores with a hook to the body. Oman takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Oman takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Alvez throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Oman sees it coming and avoids it easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jackson Oman showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Oman lands with a hook. Alvez tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Alvez is rocked!
Alvez moves out of range as Oman strikes.
Alvez misses the jab.
Oman rushes Alvez with punches - Alvez moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Alvez goes down! Oman follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jackson Oman!
