Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Iulian Simionescu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Qing Wu!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Santiago Holmes and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good shot there by Wu.
Wu throws a shot from downtown. Simionescu moves away and avoids it.
Wu misses with a right hand
and Simionescu counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
 It looks like Qing Wu has been cut.
Simionescu moves forwards but Wu connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Wu scores with a crisp jab that stopped Simionescu in his tracks.
Wu scores with a hook to the body. Simionescu takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
A swing and a miss from Wu.
A little feinted left hand from Simionescu on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Simionescu definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Nice defenses there by Simionescu.
Wu drops Simionescu with a beautiful combination! Simionescu stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Wu is looking for the KO!
 Simionescu is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Wu ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Simionescu's jaw. Simionescu's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Wu does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Qing Wu!
A relieved looking Qing Wu thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

Vollan ducks under a wild hook from Quama.
Vollan throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Quama on the side of the head.
It looks like Kiase Quama has been cut.
Quama looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Quama misses the shot to the body.
Vollan misses with a body shot.
Vollan punishes Quama's body with a nice straight punch.
Vollan dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Vollan lands a big right hand that sends Quama crashing to the mat! Vollan stays standing though and waves Quama back to his feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Quama bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Vollan comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Quama falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Quama was out before he hit the floor!
