McCoy ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pyae moves away.
A left lands for McCoy.
Pyae swings and misses with a shot to the body
and McCoy counters with a crisp right hand that drops Pyae! McCoy lets Pyae back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
 Pyae is rocked!
 It looks like Sein Win Pyae has been cut.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that McCoy has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
McCoy is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Pyae flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Pyae is out cold! McCoy holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

Read has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Greene uses from the top position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
