Marston pushes Liam back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Marston has Liam pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Liam is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Marston - that's hurt Liam badly! Oh, another knee lands and Liam is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Liam doesn't seem to be complaining.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). John Marston!
John Marston is the new light heavyweight champion!
