I think DeVon might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to After the Smoke is Clear. Goku is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Makafushigi Adventure. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Goku tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but DeVon was well out of range. Poor timing from Goku.

DeVon changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Goku looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

DeVon thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Goku is looking for a sweep.
Goku is not content to let DeVon control the position.

DeVon wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Goku, who protects the arm well.
Goku manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

DeVon is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Cause & Effect, so we'll see if he gets out of it.

DeVon is desperately trying to improve his position but Goku has a good base and remains in mount.

DeVon tries to escape but Goku has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Goku looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Goku's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

He tries to recover but Bolt pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Orochi is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
