Demirci has instead reached around Bastiat's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Demirci arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yaden Dhargey (ranked 1452 p4p, 1746 weight class) and Shahzad Abdelrahman (ranked 210 p4p, 246 weight class). Dhargey comes to the cage accompanied by Gyallu - Anthem of Tibet. Abdelrahman comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Blow The Whistle kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Abdelrahman is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Dhargey has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Abdelrahman is looking to defend but Dhargey has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Abdelrahman! Dhargey pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Abdelrahman taps out and this one is all over!

Colt misses with a body kick.
Cowan takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Colt tries to bum rush Cowan with a series of wild strikes but Cowan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Cowan keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Colt connects with a high kick.
Cowan misses with a hook. Colt ducked under it nicely.
Cowan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Colt manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Cowan throws a nice looking combination but Colt bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Johnson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Burns sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A quick step to the side and Burns tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Burns lands a big uppercut and Johnson crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Johnson looks OK. Burns waves Johnson back to his feet!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

It looked like Burns wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Burns is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Burns lands a left and a right that send Johnson crashing to the mat, dazed. Burns thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Mamar swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Rodrigues walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Mamar drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Rodrigues swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Mamar's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

A relieved looking Adilson Rodrigues thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
