Volkov throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Power was covering up waiting for the punch and Volkov finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Power utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Volkov in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Power scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Volkov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Power's waist but Power gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Volkov off to one side.
Power catches Volkov with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Power throws a looping overhand right but Volkov ducks down to avoid it.
Volkov lands a nice hook to Power's body. Power takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Power throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Volkov bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Nice uppercut lands for Volkov. That snapped Power's head back.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Volkov is defended easily by Power.
Power was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Power throws a big shot that misses.

Volkov is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Power's half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Volkov tries to pass the half guard into mount. Power knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Volkov landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Irish Power.
