The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matsuda throws the left hand but Machado avoids the punch easily.
Machado throws a body punch but Matsuda moves out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Machado. Matsuda does a little dance to reset his feet.
Matsuda let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Machado tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Matsuda was well out of range. Poor timing from Machado.
Machado leaves Matsuda with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Matsuda shoots in and bounces Machado off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

and Machado counters with a crisp right hand that drops Matsuda! Machado lets Matsuda back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

And Matsuda tries to counter it with a takedown but Machado pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Machado throws a monster overhand right that drops Matsuda! Machado follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!

A very excited looking Wanderson Machado rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
