Zurauskas dodges the punch combination from Akinaga.
Zurauskas was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Akinaga throws a right and a left that Zurauskas avoids nicely.
Zurauskas swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Akinaga misses with a shot to the body
and Zurauskas counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Kiso Akinaga has been cut.

Zurauskas is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! We've been hearing reports that Shifter has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Shifter gets tackled into the cage by Velasquez. Velasquez maintains the clinch.

Shifter jumps guard and drags Velasquez to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Shifter has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Velasquez should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Shifter has tightened it up now! Velasquez should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
