Varro tries for a takedown but Clarksson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Varro shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Clarksson but Clarksson pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Clarksson fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Varro on the side of the head.

It looks like Jason Varro has been cut.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Varro crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Clarksson - the referee stops the clock and Varro gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Clarksson. Varro manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ratskin throws a series of punches but Little avoids them all with ease.
Ratskin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Little.
The fighters circling - Little throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Little shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Ratskin manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Ratskin is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Ratskin might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Little kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Ratskin is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Little working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Little accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Ratskin slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

Ratskin really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Little.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Little has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
I really don't envy Little right now.
Good control from Ratskin.
Let's hope that Ratskin has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Despite being in the dominant position, Alexander Ratskin just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Ratskin tries to close the distance and clinch but Little swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Ratskin throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Little sees it coming and avoids it easily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Little loads up on a big left hand. Ratskin felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Little looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Ratskin can't hide his disappointment, as Little celebrates the victory.
