WIlkes misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
WIlkes throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Thwack.
It looks like Abak Thwack has been cut.

Thwack darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Thwack definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Thwack moves nicely into side control.
WIlkes is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Thwack asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Thwack has an Americana. WIlkes didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Thwack is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Thwack hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A big right followed by a crushing left from McGregor knocks Koloff out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
