Burns kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Alberto Del Rio theme song. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Slice stalks Burns and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Burns's face. Burns staggers backwards, shaken.
Slice tried to score with a low kick but Burns checks it.

Slice cracks Burns with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Burns looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

And Slice tries to counter it with a takedown but Burns pushes his down on his head and steps out.
