Anger dives in and grabs Corleone's left leg, looking for a takedown. Corleone pushes down on Anger's head and hops out.
We've been told by Anger's head coaches at Cozad MMA St Petersburg that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
The fighters circle momentarily. Corleone darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Corleone feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Angers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Anger tries a head kick but it misses.

Corleone closes the distance and clinches.
Anger is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes.

Corleone pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Anger throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Corleone's waist but Corleone gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Anger off to one side.
Corleone dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Sin moves into the clinch.
Cortez is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Sin is keeping busy.
Sin has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Cortez is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Cortez tries to circle away but Sin has him pinned against the ropes.
Sin has Cortez pressed up against the ropes and is working for takedown. Cortez manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Sin drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Cortez connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Sin has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Cortez avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
