These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

McCockiner connects with a body shot that sends Wyadd's belly button to the back.
Wyadd changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. McCockiner tries to avoid it but Wyadd manages to keep hold of a leg and drag McCockiner to the ground. McCockiner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Wyadd shoots in for a takedown but McCockiner shows good takedown defense.

Schrijber on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
We've been hearing reports that Rawse has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Schrijber looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
A telegraphed right hand from Rawse misses the target.
Schrijber dodges the punch combination from Rawse.
Rawse scores with the left hand. Schrijber knows he should have avoided that one.
Rawse throws the left hand but Schrijber avoids the punch easily.
Rawse throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Schrijber.
A little jabbing left from Schrijber on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Rawse cracks Schrijber with an open hand slap.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Travis Copeland was interviewed post fight and said 'No one likes seeing their opponent's hand raised, but that just means that they were the better man today. My team at 3Band MMA and I will break down this match and make the proper changes for my next camp.'.
