The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Berrio misses the target.

Tupp clinches up with Berrio and pushes him back against the cage.
Berrio tries for a takedown. No joy.
Berrio misses with a body punch.
Tupp lands a good knee to the midsection. Berrio won't want to take too many of those.
Tupp lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Berrio is breathing heavily.
Tupp's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Tupp just leaning against Berrio, taking a breather.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tupp manages to break the clinch.
Tupp shoots for a takedown but Berrio saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Uraya Berrio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Berrio is defended easily by Tupp.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Tupp! But no joy.
Tupp has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Berrio is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Tupp cracks Berrio with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Tupp has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Berrio to stand back up!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oh Berrio is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Berrio clinches up with Tupp and pushes him back against the cage.
Berrio seems to have got his legs back now.

Tupp tightens his grip and picks Berrio up, before dumping him to the ground. Berrio manages to land in guard.
Tupp loads up on a big left hand. Berrio felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Tupp looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Berrio can't hide his disappointment, as Tupp celebrates the victory.

Cube thuds his shin into the meat of Waldrop's side.

enabling Cube to counter with a crisp jab.

Cube scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Waldrop throws a lazy uppercut
enabling Cube to counter with a crisp jab.
Waldrop is looking to clinch.
Cube lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Waldrop tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
That kick from Cube tenderised Waldrop's leg. Waldrop is trying to keep his angry face on.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Waldrop tries to close the distance and clinch but Cube swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Cube controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Waldrop crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Cube - the referee stops the clock and Waldrop gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Cube. Waldrop manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Waldrop has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Cube.
