The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steve throws a jab but it's blocked by Sweet Destruction.
Steve takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Sweet Destruction throws a series of punches but Steve avoids them all with ease.
Steve cracks Sweet Destruction with a right hand to the side of the head.
Sweet Destruction tries to clinch up.
Sweet Destruction with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Steve to score with a decent uppercut.
Steve takes a jab right on the kisser.
Steve digs a good hook to Sweet Destruction's body.
Sweet Destruction keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Steve dodges the punch combination from Sweet Destruction.
Steve is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Sweet Destruction throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Steve ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Steve loads up on a big right hand but Sweet Destruction slips the punch.
It seemed like Sweet Destruction was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Steve loads up on a big right hand but Sweet Destruction slips the punch.

Sweet Destruction scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Steve feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Sweet Destructions jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Steve tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sweet Destruction was well out of range. Poor timing from Steve.

and Steve counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Steve sizes up Sweet Destruction with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Sweet Destruction throws an off balance right hand

and Steve counters with a crisp one two that drops Sweet Destruction! Steve thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Sweet Destruction to his feet! Sweet Destruction is in big trouble!

Sweet Destruction is rocked!
Sweet Destruction is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Sweet Destruction is still on wobbly legs! Can Steve finish him?
Steve drops Sweet Destruction with a big left hand! Sweet Destruction is injured, injured bad! Steve jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

Linux Steve seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.

O Rourke shoots and misses
letting Sisko counter with a right hand.
O Rourke throws a lazy uppercut
and Sisko counters with a stiff right hand.

Sisko has taken the fight to the clinch.
A nice right hand lands inside from Sisko.
Sisko lands with a light punch inside.
O Rourke tries to pull guard but Sisko holds him up against the cage and eventually O Rourke drops back down to his feet.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Sisko creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Sisko lands a left hand that snaps the head of O Rourke backwards.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sisko lands a hook that snaps the head of O Rourke backwards.

O Rourke is rocked!

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Sisko.
Oh O Rourke is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sisko tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Sisko swings wildly with an uppercut but O Rourke uses good head movement to avoid it.
O Rourke jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Sisko walks away with a smile on his face. O Rourke gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Donald O Rourke. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sisko lands a big uppercut and this one is all over! His foe lies motionless on the canvas - a massive one punch knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Benjamin Sisko!
A less than humble Benjamin Sisko misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
