The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Demon III gets a takedown into half guard.
Michaels moves into full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Demon III is looking to advance position but Michaels has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Michaels prevents Demon III from getting the reversal.
Demon III tries to hold on but Michaels pushes him away.
