Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cody Myres (ranked 3248 p4p, 316 weight class) and Jacob De Molay (ranked 3291 p4p, 317 weight class). Jacob De Molay told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Well De Molay has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

We've been hearing reports that Randalman has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Rinzai is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Jan throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Rinzai tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Jan is in Rinzai's guard.
