Day drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ho Joy manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Day has Ho Joy in his guard.

Day feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Barca is still on wobbly legs! Can Nielsen finish him?
Nielsen drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Barca right on the button. Barca goes down! Nielsen follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Nielsen gets the win via TKO!
