The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pulmber shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hongo pinned against the cage. Hongo gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Hongo is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Hongo tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Martinez moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

It looks like Phil Halls has been cut.

Martinez drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Martinez is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Halls is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Martinez is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Halls is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Halls flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Martinez anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Halls and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Martinez slips an arm under Halls chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Martinez has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Martinez is squeezing on Halls like an anaconda would it's prey. Halls fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

A slow jab from Mathis misses its intended target.
Hudson is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Petiah Mathis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mathis digs a good hook to Hudson's body.
Hudson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Hudson drops Mathis with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Mathis looks back up at him and smiles so Hudson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Hudson counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Mathis out cold! What a finish! Hudson is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!

Bonobo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Bonobo throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Nextwill sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Bonobo avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
The fighters circle momentarily. Nextwill darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Bonobo lands a really nice looking cross but Nextwill seems unphased.
Bonobo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Nextwill takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
