The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Falcao and Good are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Falcao throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Good into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Falcao knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.

I was talking to Man's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Man knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Thunder on the ground.
Thunder bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Man's guard.

Thunder has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Rabid Reindeer Training. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Thunder drops back, looking for a kneebar! Man looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Man looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Man!

Man shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Thunder pinned against the cage. Thunder gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Man clinches up with Thunder and pushes him back against the cage.

Thunder is fighting off a takedown attempt but Man is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Thunder to the mat. Thunder regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Thunder tries to score a power double leg takedown but Man sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Thunder somewhat.
Chief Man has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Thabo Thunder.

Man lands a hook to the side of the head.
Man lands on the inside with an uppercut.

Man drags the fight down to the ground.
Thunder postures up in Man's guard and throws a big left but Man blocks it.
Thunder prevents Man from getting back to his feet.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Man lands a big right hand that drops Thunder! The killer instinct kicks in and Man finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Man!
