Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Silver Haze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gunner Lisa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Silver Haze!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gunner Lisa!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Paulsen Ambrosius and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Haze is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Lisa's half guard.
Lisa wants to get back to full guard.
Haze is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Haze working for a submission but Lisa is keeping him at bay.
Lisa wants to control but Haze is having none of it.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lisa can do anything to dispel that myth.

Haze with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Lisa is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Lisa is trying to control Haze's posture but Haze avoids it.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Lisa looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Haze is fending him off so far but Lisa persists. Nope, Haze circles away and we're back to standing.

Haze slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Haze is working to tighten is grip on Lisa's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Lisa has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Haze is really squeezing tight and eventually Lisa passes out! Haze breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mannie Mann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benji Radach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Radach lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Mann sprawling to the canvas. Radach follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Mann hang on?

Radach fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Radach throws a head kick that misses.
Mann fails in his attempt to clinch.
Radach takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Radach tries to bum rush Mann with a series of wild strikes but Mann uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

I think Venture might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to "Fast Shadow" by Wu-Tang Clan. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.
