The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mathews darts in trying to clinch

and Phol counters with a crisp one two that drops Mathews! Phol thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Mathews to his feet! Mathews is in big trouble!
Mathews closes the distance but Phol moves to the side
and Phol counters with a left to the body.
Phol swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Mathews.
Phol walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Mathews drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Phol swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Mathews's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Papa throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Jansen shoots in and gets a takedown into Papa's guard.

Papa is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Jansen seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Papa has an active guard here but Jansen has managed to pass into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Papa is pressing down on Jansen's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Jansen drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jansen jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Papa manages to capitalize on a mistake by Jansen to take his back!

That was a close round but I would say that Liam Jansen will probably get the nod.

That was a close second round but I would say that Liam Jansen will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Liam Jansen.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Jansen, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

It looks like Javier Martinez has been cut.
Bobs dances in with a quick combination. Martinez is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Bobs snaps Martinez's head back. Martinez stumbles backwards against the cage. Bobs steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Martinez's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Martinez just didn't come prepared.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hadley throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Dice's waist but Dice gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hadley off to one side.

Hadley looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

It looked like Hadley wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Hadley throws a body punch but Dice moves out of range.
Dice looks to score with a jab to the body but Hadley is just out of range.

Hadley lands a big head kick that sends Dice tumbling to the mat! Hadley takes a step backwards and waves Dice back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Hadley fails with a takedown attempt.
Dice is still on wobbly legs! Can Hadley finish him?

Dice glances at the clock... BAM! Hadley nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Dice crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Dice is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
