The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffin darts in looking for a takedown but Lock gets double underhooks and turns Griffin into the cage.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Lock enables Griffin to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lock manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Griffin passes into half guard.

Griffin is working for a kimura but Lock is defending it quite comfortably.

Lock knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Griffin on the ground.

Griffin has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Lock doesn't defend quickly enough and Griffin has managed to lock this one up! Can Lock escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Griffin on a fantastic submission victory.
