The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Griffin is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Lock effectively controlling the action here.

Horrible takedown attempt by Lock or perhaps it was just good defense by Griffin, which made it look bad.

Lock shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Griffin's guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Griffin has his foot on Lock's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lock works his way back into a safe position though.

Lock is looking to defend but Griffin has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Lock! Griffin pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Lock taps out and this one is all over!

Matt Griffin was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.

Rhodes tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Love paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Rhodes fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Love was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Rhodes connects with a high kick.
Love swinging wildly here.
Love throws a nice looking combination but Rhodes bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Love takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Love digs a good body shot into Rhodes's ribs.
Rhodes tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Love was well out of range. Poor timing from Rhodes.
Rhodes has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Love finds it's way round the side to connect with Rhodes's head.
Rhodes is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Love works over Rhodes's head and body with a nice combination.

Rhodes tries to close the distance and clinch up but Love swats him away and circles back towards the center.

A very excited looking Kevin Love rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
In defeat, Randy Rhodes stepped up to the mic, saying 'He cheated! Check his gloves, they've got chloroform on them!'.

Cobb tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - The Dog cranks the arm and Cobb screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Cobb, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

After the fight, Jake The Dog was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Farley Steve!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Josh Wade!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, George Francis and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steve misses the jab.
A jab lands there for Steve.
Steve shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Wade eats them both and turns towards Steve to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
A combination from Wade does no damage.
A big left from Steve misses.
Wade is looking for the big counter here.
Steve jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Steve lands with an overhand left.
Wade takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Wade has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Steve drops Wade with a straight right hand, right on the button! Steve follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Farley Steve!
Farley Steve really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that KOMBAT KLOTHING logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
