Filler darts in looking for a takedown but Robinson gets double underhooks and turns Filler into the cage.
Filler shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Robinson as he avoids it easily.
Filler closes this distance looking for a takedown but Robinson circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fight Filler. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Nice defenses there by Garland.
Garland tries to counter with a takedown but Shull is quick to defend against it.

Garland drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Shull isn't going anywhere.

Garland decides to stand back up. Garland steps back and let's Shull get back to his feet.

Garland closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Shull did well to prevent Garland getting side control.
Garland seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Shull does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Garland slows the pace down in half guard.
Shull won't allow Garland to pass to mount.

Garland has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Garland is looking to take a break and control but Shull is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
