Highchurch closes the distance but Suleyman moves to the side
and Suleyman rattles Highchurch with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Highchurch tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Suleyman dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Highchurch stiff and motionless on the mat!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Calacon moves out of range as Ludwig throws a body kick.
Calacon lands a lovely overhand right.

It looks like Sven Ludwig has been cut.
Ludwig throws a front kick aimed at Calacon's knee but Calacon avoids it well.
Ludwig misses with a leg kick.
Calacon lands a nice shot that snaps Ludwig's head back.
Ludwig tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Ludwig is looking to score with low kicks.
Calacon was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Ludwig shoots for a takedown but Calacon saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
A punch lands to the side of Ludwig 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Calacon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ludwig moves away.
Calacon cracks Ludwig with an open hand slap.

Ludwig is rocked!
Calacon cracks Ludwig with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Ludwig tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Calacon pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Ludwig is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
