Malenczuk has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Rodgers finds it's way round the side to connect with Malenczuk's head.

It looks like Damian Malenczuk has been cut.

Anthony Rodgers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Malenczuk is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Rodgers doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Malenczuk crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Malenczuk's bad books for that mishap!

Deck feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Putik lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Putik was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Dacke seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Caine does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Caine wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Dacke feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Caines jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Dacke's coach down at Wreckshop was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Dacke's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Caine tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dacke swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Dacke swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Caine looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Dacke closes the distance and clinches up with Caine, looking for a takedown. Dacke pushes Caine against the cage but Caine circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Caiaphas Caine has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sirius Dacke.

Caine can't find room to land a body shot as Dacke controls the action.
Caine throws a punch but it's blocked by Dacke.

Caine misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Caine throws a head punch that misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Caiaphas Caine will probably get the nod.

Dacke tries to keep at a distance but Caine has taken the fight into the clinch.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dacke is looking to stand up but Caine won't let him.
Dacke sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Caine's guard.
Caine flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Caine is staying active underneath Dacke, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Caine is trying to get back to full guard.
Dacke is trying to control. Caine wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Caine is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Fight Factory, so we'll see if he gets out of it.

Dacke feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

As Kasvi looks to move away, Pullo throws a big counter combo but Kasvi just gets out of the way.

Pullo looks to land a left hand but Kasvi moved out of range nicely.

And Kasvi tries to counter it with a takedown but Pullo pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Kasvi closes the distance and pushes Pullo back into the cage.

Pullo lands a brutal uppercut that launches Kasvi off his feet! Kasvi tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
