The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fernedez shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jackson but Jackson pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Nice sprawl there from Fernedez as Jackson shoots in.
Jackson leaves Fernedez with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Henry Fernedez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jackson gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Jackson jumps guard and drags Fernedez to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Blue misses with an uppercut. Silva saw that one coming.
Blue throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Blue pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Blue just misses with a punch to the body.
Blue sets himself, and Silva steps forward looking for the clinch! Blue avoids it this time.
Silva fails with a takedown attempt.
As Silva tries to get set, Blue tries to push him back and clinch up but Silva manages to avoid the attempt.
Silva changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Blue tries to avoid it but Silva manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Blue to the ground. Blue escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Well Garcia has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
