The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simenkov tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pitung swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Pitung sizes up Simenkov with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Pitung feints a jab promting Simenkov to slip. Pitung then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Simenkov slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Simenkov steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Pitung. That one must have hurt.
