Vandrox tries to close the distance and clinch but Penn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Penn drops Vandrox with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Vandrox looks back up at him and smiles so Penn waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Danny Vandrox has been cut.
Vandrox avoids a punch combination nicely.
Penn ducks under a wild hook from Vandrox.
Penn uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Vandrox.
Vandrox throws a looping overhand right but Penn ducks down to avoid it.
Vandrox moves in looking to clinch but Penn pushes him off.
Penn fakes the body blow, causing Vandrox to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Vandrox goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Rampaasi screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Sephiroth moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Kincaid has worked his arm free - good work by Kincaid!
