Newton is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Dalmazo can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Newton is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Dalmazo is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Dalmazo flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Newton anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Dalmazo and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Newton slips an arm under Dalmazo chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Newton has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Newton is squeezing on Dalmazo like an anaconda would it's prey. Dalmazo fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
