Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rob Pomper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Perrin GoldenEyes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pomper comes to the cage accompanied by Cotten eye joe. GoldenEyes has chosen Goldfinger Theme Song as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pomper connects with a single shot there.

It looks like Perrin GoldenEyes has been cut.
GoldenEyes takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Pomper rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Pomper takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
The crowd cheers as Pomper lands an impressive looking overhand right. GoldenEyes doesn't seem phased though.
The fighters circling - Pomper throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
No joy there for Pomper, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
GoldenEyes steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Pomper.
Pomper throws a hook but GoldenEyes avoids it easily.

Pomper cracks GoldenEyes with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! GoldenEyes looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Pomper finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
GoldenEyes moves away from the strike by Pomper.
We've been told by Pomper's head coaches at Montreal Fighter's Gym (5* Sparring) that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
GoldenEyes uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pomper.

Pomper sends GoldenEyes crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Pomper is motioning to the referee to let GoldenEyes up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

GoldenEyes is rocked!

That has opened up Perrin GoldenEyes's cut even more.
Pomper ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking GoldenEyes out cold! The fight is over!

Deux throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Wicked on the side of the head.

Deux is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Wicked walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Wicked has Deux up against the cage in a clinch.
Wicked throws a punch but it's blocked by Deux.
Deux tries to circle away but Wicked has him pinned against the cage.

Deux is trying to push Wicked away but Wicked has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Deux covers up and Wicked unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Sparky Anderson decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
