Gonzales comes to the cage accompanied by Gladiator Suite - Zimmer. Holly has chosen Hard Core as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holly looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Holly looks for the body kick but Gonzales saw that one coming.
Both fighters circling a little - Holly finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Gonzales ducks under a wild hook from Holly.
Gonzales throws a nice looking combination but Holly bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Gonzales looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Holly is fending him off so far but Gonzales persists. Nope, Holly circles away and we're back to standing.
Gonzales walks into a jab.

It looks like Mike Gonzales has been cut.

Holly drops Gonzales with a right and a left! Holly comes rushing in but Gonzales regains his composure and manages to keep Holly in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Gonzales is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Holly tries to free his leg and advance position but Gonzales is retaining full guard.

Holly decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Holly throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Holly does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Gonzales on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Whack! Holly lands a heavy head kick that drops Gonzales. The ref tackles Holly to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Gonzales was done.

Stroud shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Felton napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The ground and pound from Stroud seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Felton is trying to control Stroud's posture but Stroud avoids it.

Stroud decides to stand up, so the ref orders Felton to his feet.

Stroud looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Felton keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Stroud is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Felton has managed to free his arm - good work.

Stroud is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Felton defends it well.

Felton is in trouble now - Stroud has advanced to mount!
Stroud misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Stroud is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Felton can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Felton wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Stroud.

Stroud doesn't care though - he's delighted!

Kringle is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. David is aware though and is defending well.

David works his way to his opponent's back.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
You can see the frustration on Kringle's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Face throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Face has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Taylor is working away from the top position though.
