Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Esidem Laugh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Nestor Theold!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laugh tries for a takedown but Theold sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Laugh closes the distance and clinches up with Theold, looking for a takedown. Laugh pushes Theold against the cage but Theold circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Theold shoots in for a double leg but Laugh sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Laugh went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Theold tries to clinch but Laugh moves away
and Laugh counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Theold has his takedown stuffed
and Laugh counters with a one-two to the body.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Esidem Laugh.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Laugh, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Bang is cranking Che's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Che! He's tightened the choke and Che is tapping out!
