Lager swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and mBledos is now in Lager's guard. A big mistake from Lager there, giving up the dominant position!

Lager escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. mBledos gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
mBledos knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lager on the ground.

mBledos stands and steps away. Lager gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Lager takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
mBledos pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Lager back to the cage. mBledos follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
mBledos's jab looks to have found its range, popping Lager under the eye.

mBledos stalks Lager and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Lager's face. Lager staggers backwards, shaken.
mBledos connects with a body shot.
mBledos misses with a low kick.
Lager wants to counter with a clinch but mBledos pushes him away.
mBledos's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and mBledos duly obliges.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lager tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but mBledos defends well and Lager ends up having to push mBledos into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

mBledos is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lager is just riding it out for now. mBledos eventually gives up the hold.

Lynch throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Gracia feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
