Farouk Al Ahwei decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

I think Xiang Pao might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Enter The Palm. The crowd seem to be enjoying Heiluu's choice of entrance music: Kerrankin Tarpeekseen. Cassit Heiluu is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

As Vance tries to get set, Jefferies tries to push him back and clinch up but Vance manages to avoid the attempt.
Jefferies looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jefferies thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Vance is pushing Jefferies's head away, looking to escape. Jefferies manages to hold on to the position though.

Colombu throws a right and a left that Simpson avoids nicely.

and Simpson counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Colombu misses with a two punch combination.
We've been told by Colombu's head coaches at The Butcher's Block that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Colombu feints a jab promting Simpson to slip. Colombu then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Simpson slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
It looks like Bart Simpson has been cut.
Colombu misses with a lunging right hand
and Simpson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Colombu tests Simpson's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Simpson misses with a looping left.
Colombu lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Simpson goes down and covers up as Colombu starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
