The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Randhawa slips a straight right by Fighter.
Randhawa closes the distance and clinches up with Fighter, looking for a takedown. Randhawa pushes Fighter against the cage but Fighter circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Fighter throws an overhand right that lands on Randhawa's shoulder, as Randhawa tries to avoid the shot.
Fighter jabs Randhawa right on the nose. Randhawa blinks but takes it well.
Fighter swings and misses with a shot to the body

and Randhawa counters with a nice double leg into side control. Fighter won't be happy with that.

Randhawa looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Randhawa tries to move into full mount but can't pass Fighter's legs.
You can see the frustration on Fighter's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Randhawa has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Fighter is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Randhawa yanks on the arm and Fighter is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Randhawa.
