Pickton is stalling here. Masotti is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Pickton seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Masotti has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Kuzmejniev uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Animai has time to react.
Kuzmejniev has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Animai is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Keimah Animai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kuzmejniev goes for a small jab and connects. Now Kuzmejniev goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Animai stumbles back but Kuzmejniev runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Animai to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Animai will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
