The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edgar dips to his left and cracks Kent with an uppercut!
Kent seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Kent throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Edgar counters with a nice uppercut.
Kent tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Edgar counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
A jab from Kent does it's job there.
Edgar misses the jab.
No joy there for Edgar, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Edgar connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
A combination from Edgar does no damage.
A little feinted left hand from Kent on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Edgar ducks right into an uppercut from Kent.
Edgar digs a good body shot into Kent's ribs.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Kent connects with a nice cross there... Edgar is looking wobbly and Kent recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Edgar to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Kent jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!

A relieved looking Clark Kent thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kiruev fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kiruev lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Grena backs up against the cage.

Grena has taken the fight to the clinch.

Grena breaks from the clinch.
Kiruev stalks Grena and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Grena's face. Grena staggers backwards, shaken.

Grena clinches.

Grena pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Grena feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Grena stands up and waves to Kiruev to follow him.
Kiruev will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Grena takes the fight into the clinch.

Grena is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Kiruev can't fight it off and eventually Grena manages to take the fight to the floor. Kiruev looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Grena might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Grena decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Kiruev, up you get!

Grena postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Kiruev in real trouble here! The ref calls for Kiruev to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!

Alsop has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Whitey Ford seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ford got a little sloppy there for a moment and Alsop has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ford has managed to get both his arms back between Alsop's legs - danger averted.

Alsop looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Ford is defending well. Alsop quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Ford has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Alsop celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
